Choose how you'd like to order your medicines from Barons Court Pharmacy.
Log in with your NHS account to request repeat medicines from your GP. Choose Barons Court Pharmacy as your nominated pharmacy — we'll prepare your prescription for collection or home delivery.

Repeat prescriptions are managed through your GP practice via the NHS App. Our pharmacy dispenses once your GP approves the request.
Use the button above to open the official NHS App login. You'll need your NHS login details — set these up with photo ID if you haven't already.
In the NHS App, go to Prescriptions, view your available medicines, and tap Request a repeat prescription.
When asked where to send your prescription, search for and select Barons Court Pharmacy as your nominated pharmacy.
Once your GP approves the request, we receive it electronically. We'll notify you when your medicines are ready — collect in person or choose home delivery.
The NHS App is for medicines your GP has already authorised on repeat. For new medicines, use our our pharmacy team instead.
